PPC generates less heat during the curing process than OPC, significantly reducing the risk of thermal cracking in large pours such as raft foundations, retaining walls and dams.
A slightly longer setting time gives site personnel more time to place, compact and finish concrete, an advantage in hot weather conditions where rapid setting can cause handling difficulties.
By incorporating fly ash that would otherwise be treated as industrial waste, Priya Cement PPC conserves natural resources, reduces landfill burden and lowers the construction industry's environmental impact.
Priya Cement PPC delivers comparable or superior long-term performance to OPC at a more economical cost without compromising on structural integrity or durability.
Unlike OPC, which achieves most of its strength within 28 days, PPC continues to gain strength beyond that point resulting in progressively stronger structures over time.
